Grand-Hornu is a former coal mining complex and company town, or cité ouvrière, in Hornu, part of Boussu, near Mons in Belgium. Henri De Gorge built it from 1810 to 1830. The article does not call him the architect and names no architect. It gives no style, materials or dimensions, and it describes the whole as a unique example of functional town-planning.
UNESCO listed it as a World Heritage Site in 2012, as one of four industrial sites. The province of Hainaut now owns it. The article does not say who owned it originally.
Its buildings house temporary exhibitions, and the page links to MACS for exhibition listings. An official website is linked, but the article gives no hours or admission details.
