Grand Central Madison is an underground Long Island Rail Road terminal in Midtown East, Manhattan, beneath Grand Central Terminal. AECOM did the structural engineering and architecture design, and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority owns it. It was built as part of the East Side Access project, which started in 2008. It opened on January 25, 2023, and full service began on February 27, 2023. The article names no style.

The terminal lies 140 feet (43 m) deep and covers 700,000 square feet (65,000 m²). It has four island platforms and eight tracks in two caverns, with 47 escalators and 22 elevators. Art includes five large glass mosaics by Kiki Smith and a 120-foot (37 m) mosaic by Yayoi Kusama.

Cost rose from $4.4 billion in 2004 to $11.1 billion in 2017. It carries 17.1 million riders a year, and UNESCO gave it the 2024 Prix Versailles Interior Award. The article gives no hours.
