The Granada Charterhouse, or Cartuja de Granada, is a Carthusian monastery in Granada, Spain, and one of the finest examples of Spanish Baroque architecture. The founding dates to 1506, when Gonzalo Fernández de Córdoba, known as the Great Captain, transferred land for the site. Work restarted in 1516 and continued for roughly three centuries, though the original project was never completed. The monks were expelled in 1835.

The church was begun in the mid-16th century and completed in 1602. Its interior is known for its ornate Churrigueresque style, and Francisco Hurtado Izquierdo designed the tabernacle.

The sacristy was built between 1727 and 1764 by Luis de Arévalo and F. Manuel Vasquez. Tomás Ferrer painted its dome in 1735. It represents the final phase of Spanish Baroque.
