Governor Phillip Tower is an office tower on Farrer Place in the Sydney CBD, designed by Denton Corker Marshall. The article lists owners now rather than the original client. Construction began in 1990, and completion is 1993 per the infobox or 1994 per the text. The article names no style. It says the tower set new standards for Sydney commercial architecture in finish quality and design.

The tower has 62 floors and an architectural height of 227 meters (745 feet), with a floor area of 55,000 square meters. The facade is grey granite and glass, and the podium is clad in sandstone. It sits 10 floors above street level on transfer beams, above a four-level podium shared with Governor Macquarie Tower. A steel-bladed roof feature is nicknamed the milk-crate.

It stands over the site of the first Government House. Its remains are conserved in the nearby Museum of Sydney.
