Goldsmith Hall stands on the University of Texas at Austin campus and is the primary home of the School of Architecture. Paul Cret was contracted as consulting architect in March 1930. A second contract in June 1931 asked him to design ten new buildings for the campus. The article gives no construction dates for the hall itself.

The building houses the wood shop, the main office, and the Interior and Architecture studios. It has a courtyard, and the article mentions a new addition.

A sundial on the south wall honors Francisco Arumí-Noé. Jeff Barajas designed it, and it was dedicated on November 6, 2010. The article gives no size, style or landmark status.
