The George W. Bush Presidential Center at 2943 SMU Boulevard, on the Southern Methodist University campus near Dallas, was designed by Robert A. M. Stern Architects. The article calls the style New Classical, which is not an atlas style. Groundbreaking was on November 16, 2010, and it was dedicated and opened on April 25, 2013. NARA first administered the library and museum, and the George W. Bush Foundation took over museum operations on January 1, 2023.

The complex covers 207,000 square feet, the second-largest presidential library after the Reagan library. It holds a full-size Oval Office replica, exhibits on September 11, Hurricane Katrina and the 2008 financial crisis, and a 14-acre native garden dedicated to Laura Bush.

It has LEED Platinum certification. Construction was projected at $250 million, and over $500 million was raised. The article gives no hours.
