The Garden of the Missing in Action, or Gan HaNe'edarim, stands on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem. Moshe Oren, head of the Ministry of Defense Commemoration Division, initiated it in 2003. The garden was dedicated in February 2004. The article does not name a designer, give a size or list materials.

It memorializes fighters and officers of the Israel Defense Forces and the Land of Israel who have been missing since 1914 and whose resting places are unknown. Memorials there honor those lost aboard the submarine INS Dakar and the 23 Palmach commandos lost in Operation Boatswain.

An annual memorial service takes place in the main plaza on the Seventh of Adar. The service honors the Israeli soldiers whose burial places remain unknown.
