Fulton Center is a transit hub in Lower Manhattan. The MTA hired Nicholas Grimshaw & Partners and Lee Harris Pomeroy Associates in 2004, with Ove Arup and Partners as prime consultant. Grimshaw and James Carpenter Design Associates designed the Fulton Building. Construction began in 2005, and the complex opened on November 10, 2014, seven years late. The cost was about $1.4 billion, nearly twice the original $750 million. The article names no style.

The glass-clad Fulton Building is three stories and topped by an oculus. The Sky Reflector-Net, an MTA Arts & Design work, uses 952 mirrors and 88 glass blades. The restored 1889 Corbin Building is incorporated.

The Dey Street Passageway links to the PATH station. LEED Silver in March 2016 made it the first New York City subway station so rated. The article gives no hours.
