The Franjo Tuđman Bridge carries the D8 road across Rijeka Dubrovačka near the Gruž port at the western approach to Dubrovnik, Croatia. The Structures Department of the University of Zagreb redesigned a 1989 concept. Hrvatske ceste financed and maintains the bridge. Walter Bau AG and Konstruktor began construction in October 1998, and the bridge opened on May 21, 2002.

It is a cable-stayed bridge with a total length of 1,699 feet (518 meters) and a main span of 999 feet (304.5 meters). A single A-shaped pylon rises 464 feet (141.5 meters) and carries 38 cable stays.

The clearance below is 161 feet (49 meters). The structure combines a concrete roadway slab, a composite girder and steel wire cables.
