Fontainebleau Las Vegas is a resort and casino at 2777 South Las Vegas Boulevard on the Las Vegas Strip. Carlos Zapata Studio designed the exterior, and the site was previously the El Rancho and Algiers hotels. Construction began in February 2007, and the tower topped out in November 2008. The project filed for bankruptcy in June 2009 at about 70 percent completion, and construction later resumed in November 2021. The resort opened on 13 December 2023.

The tower rises 737 feet (225 meters) and has 67 stories. It holds 3,644 hotel rooms, a 173,000-square-foot casino and more than 550,000 square feet of meeting space. The style is mid-century modern, shared with its Miami Beach sister property. The cost was $3.7 billion.

It has a 3,800-seat theater and a pool complex of six acres with seven pools.
