The Flatiron Building at 175 Fifth Avenue was designed by Daniel Burnham and Frederick P. Dinkelberg of D. H. Burnham & Co. for the George A. Fuller Company, as its headquarters. The infobox gives completion as June 1902, and the text says it opened on October 1, 1902. It was originally 20 stories and was expanded in 1905.

The infobox calls the style Renaissance Revival, and the text describes a Renaissance palazzo with Beaux-Arts styling. It has a limestone base, glazed terracotta upper stories and a steel frame. The infobox gives 307 feet (93.6 m) and 22 floors, while the text says 21 without the attic.

It became a New York City landmark in 1966 and a National Historic Landmark in 1989. It was vacant by 2020 and sold at auctions in 2023. It is being converted to residential condominiums, and the article gives no public access details.
