Federation Tower in Moscow City was designed by Sergei Tchoban and Peter Schweger, according to the infobox, and the text also names nps+partner and Schweger Associated Architects. AEON Corporation owns it, and Mirax Group, now Potok Corporation, developed it. The groundbreaking was on November 28, 2003, and construction started in 2005.

The infobox lists Postmodernism. The developer said it used grade B90 concrete, which it called twice as strong as regular concrete. Vostok has 97 floors with its top floor at 1,227 feet (374 m), and Zapad has 63 floors at 794 feet (242 m). A planned 1,476-foot (450 m) spire was never completed and was dismantled.

Zapad opened in 2008, work halted that year and resumed in 2011, and Vostok was completed on December 7, 2017. The cost was US$1.2 billion. A fire broke out on the 67th floor in April 2012. The article gives no hours.
