The Esma Sultan Mansion is a historic yalı, a traditional waterside residence, on the Bosphorus in Istanbul's Ortaköy neighborhood, next to Ortaköy Mosque. It is named after its original owner, Princess Esma Sultan, a daughter of the Ottoman sultan Abdulaziz. Sarkis Balyan designed the three-storey brick manor, which was finished in 1875. It was presented to Esma Sultan as a wedding gift in 1889.

From 1920 to 1975 it was used first as a tobacco warehouse and then as a coal depot. A fire in 1975 destroyed it, leaving only the outer walls. The Marmara Collection bought the ruin in the early 1990s, and it reopened as an event venue in 2001.

The original brick exterior was kept, and a steel and glass structure was built inside. A redesign by Gökhan Avcıoğlu was completed in 2005.
