The Erasmus Bridge in Rotterdam was designed by Ben van Berkel. The article names no client, but the city council chose the design in November 1991. The infobox gives only 1996, while the text gives a 1986 start and completion in 1996. The bridge opened officially on September 6, 1996 and to traffic in October.

The article calls it a combined cable-stayed and bascule bridge with a 456-foot (139 m) asymmetrical steel pylon, nicknamed The Swan. It names steel and concrete as the materials. The bridge is 2,631 feet (802 m) long and 111 feet (33.8 m) wide, with four spans and a longest span of 285 m, though the design section says 284 m. The cost was over 165 million euros.

It was named after Erasmus in 1992. Shortly after opening it swayed in strong winds, and dampers were added. The article gives no hours.
