Eisenstadt Cathedral is the Roman Catholic cathedral of Saint Martin in Eisenstadt, Austria, and has been the seat of the bishop since the diocese was created in 1960. A chapel of Saint Martin is first mentioned in 1264, and an early Gothic choir was added in the thirteenth century. In 1460 the town captain Johann Siebenhirter rebuilt it as a fortified church, out of fear of a Turkish attack after the fall of Constantinople. The Gothic building was completed in 1522.

A great fire damaged the church severely in 1589, and it was reconstructed from 1610 to 1629. The organ of 1778 was built by Johann Gottfried Malleck of Vienna, reportedly to instructions from Joseph Haydn.

In 2003 the church was remodeled to designs by Lichtblau-Wagner, with an altar space of glass by Brigitte Kowanz. It is known for church music and hosts concerts of the annual Haydn Festival.
