The Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts at 445 South Magnolia Avenue in Orlando was designed by Barton Myers as design architect, with HKS Architects as executive architect and Baker Barrios Architects. Artec and Theatre Projects Consultants co-designed the theaters. The City of Orlando owns it. The design was revealed on August 21, 2008, and ground was broken on June 23, 2011. The article names no style.

The campus occupies two city blocks bisected by Magnolia Avenue and cost $613 million, about two-thirds public money. Phase I opened on November 6, 2014, with the 2,700-seat Walt Disney Theater and the Alexis & Jim Pugh Theater. Steinmetz Hall, with 1,700 seats, opened on January 14, 2022. Judson's Live, a cabaret-style room, opened in 2024.

The Orlando Ballet has been a tenant since 2014. The project was phased into two stages because tourist tax revenue slowed. The article gives no hours.
