Dior Omotesando is the Tokyo flagship store of Christian Dior, at 5-9-11 Jingumae on Omotesando Street. SANAA, led by Kazuyo Sejima and Ryue Nishizawa, designed it, and it was completed between 2002 and 2003. The building is nearly 30 meters (98 feet) tall, the full height the zoning plan allows, with four regular floors.

It has 1,492 square meters (about 16,000 square feet) of floor area on a site of 315 square meters. Shops fill the basement to the third floor, and a multifunctional room sits on the fourth. Horizontal ceiling and floor planes make rooms of extremely high, extremely low and normal height.

The facade is a double skin of clear glass with translucent acrylic panels hanging a few decimeters behind it. The panels are shaped like drapery and printed with fine horizontal stripes. Curved acrylic partitions inside refer to the Dior tradition of tailoring. The building changes with daylight and artificial light.
