The Deutsche Bank Center, formerly the Time Warner Center, stands at 1 Columbus Circle. David Childs and Mustafa Kemal Abadan of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill designed it, and Related Companies and others developed it. Groundbreaking was in November 2000, it was completed in 2003 and formally opened on February 5, 2004, at a cost of 1.8 billion dollars. The article names no style, though a critic called it an homage to Art Deco.

Twin 55-story glass towers about 750 feet tall are joined by a multistory atrium. They hold the Mandarin Oriental hotel, condominiums, Jazz at Lincoln Center, and the Shops at Columbus Circle.

Total floor area is 2.8 million square feet. Deutsche Bank has been the anchor tenant since May 2021.
