Đakovo Cathedral in Croatia was designed by Carl Roesner and then Friedrich von Schmidt, both of Vienna, for Bishop Josip Juraj Strossmayer. Schmidt succeeded Roesner in 1870 after his death in 1869. The infobox gives no dates. The text says construction ran from 1866 to 1882, but also says it was built in four years, which conflicts with that span.
The infobox calls the style Romanesque Revival, and the text describes a blend of Neo-Romanesque and Neo-Gothic. It has a red-brick facade, marble columns and frescoes covering over 1,000 square meters. The infobox lists a height of 276 feet (84 m), which the text does not confirm.
The cathedral was consecrated in 1882, and a fire destroyed the original organs in 1933. It is the cathedral of the Archdiocese of Đakovo-Osijek, and Strossmayer's tomb is in the crypt. The article gives no hours.
