Costanera Center is a commercial and retail complex in Providencia, Santiago. César Pelli designed the Gran Torre Santiago, and Cencosud owns the complex. Construction began in 2006, paused in January 2009 during the recession and resumed at the end of 2010. The article names no style and gives the completion year as 2012.

It has four skyscrapers: the Gran Torre Santiago, two hotels and an office building, with a six-floor mall. The Gran Torre reached 984 feet (300 m) on February 14, 2012, then the tallest building in Latin America. The article ranks it second tallest in Latin America and fifth in the Southern Hemisphere. Another tower is 560 feet (170 m).

The mall opened on June 12, 2012, designed by the Canadian retail agency Watt International. The article calls it the largest mall in South America, and it includes a Jumbo hypermarket. The article gives no hours.
