Cosmopolitan Twarda 2/4 is a residential tower in central Warsaw, designed by Helmut Jahn. Tacit Development Polska took over from Hines as developer in 2011. Construction began in 2010 and finished in 2014. The article calls the style neomodern, which is not on the atlas list. Stefan Kuryłowicz had been appointed in 2006 for an earlier tower design on the plot.

The tower reaches 160 m (520 ft) with 44 floors and 60,939 m² of floor area. The article gives 254 suites in the infobox and 252 apartments in the text, ranging from 54 to 198 m². It has about 300 underground parking spaces and ground-floor commercial space along Twarda Street.

It was Warsaw's tallest completed residential building and Poland's second tallest after Sky Tower in Wrocław, then dropped to third when Złota 44 was completed.
