The Convention Centre Dublin stands at Spencer Dock on North Wall Quay, overlooking the Liffey. Kevin Roche of Roche-Dinkeloo designed it. A joint venture of Spencer Dock Development Company and Harry Crosbie developed it, and the John Laing Group bought the business in June 2023. Construction began in 1998 and ended on May 5, 2010, and it opened on September 7, 2010. The article calls the style modern.

It is 55 meters tall with 39,567 square meters of floor area and a glass frontage with curved walls. It holds up to 8,000 people in 22 meeting rooms, including a 2,000-seat auditorium. The article calls it the first carbon-neutral convention centre in the world.

The cost was £104 million at 1999 figures. Dáil Éireann sat there from June 2020. The article gives no hours.
