The UNAM campus in Mexico City was designed by Mario Pani and Enrique del Moral for the National Autonomous University. The text says it was built in the 1950s and completed in 1954 at about 25 million dollars, but also dates the Campus Central to 1943. The stadium is 1952 and the economics building 1953.
The article describes modern architecture integrated with Mexican traditions and art, mostly two or three floors of concrete and brick with large windows and gardens. It sits on the El Pedregal lava bed, and volcanic rock was reused for paths, walls and the stadium stands. Murals are by Siqueiros, Juan O'Gorman and José Chávez Morado, and Diego Rivera made the stadium reliefs.
The infobox gives 1.76 square kilometers, while the text says about 1,000 hectares, with 200 for Campus Central. UNESCO designated it in 2007, and the stadium hosted the 1968 Olympics. There are no entry controls.
