City Tower is an office skyscraper at Hvězdova 2b in the Pankrác district of Prague. Richard Meier & Partners redesigned an unfinished building whose construction started in 1985 and halted in 1993. Work restarted in 2005 as a radical reconstruction, and it was completed and opened in 2008. ECM developed it. The article names no style. Modernism is an assumption based on Meier's work.

The tower has 27 floors and stands 116 meters (381 feet) with its antenna spire. The glass facade covers 30,500 square meters, and over 2,300 tons of new steel were added. It has about 42,000 square meters of usable floor area and 18 lifts. It is the tallest skyscraper in Prague.

ECM sold it to Marpona in 2009 for 130 million euros, and Česká spořitelna bought it in 2016. The restaurant on the 27th floor has held a Michelin Bib Gourmand since 2013.
