The Church of Saints Clement and Panteleimon stands on Plaošnik, a hill above Lake Ohrid. The infobox names Clement of Ohrid as architect, but the article says only that many archaeologists believe he designed and built it. Boris I of Bulgaria asked Clement to come to Ohrid, where he built a new church over an older one and dedicated it to Saint Panteleimon. The article gives no original construction date, so the year shown is the completion of the modern reconstruction. The infobox lists the style as Middle Byzantine.

Clement died in 916 and was buried inside, and his tomb survives. The Ottomans turned the church into a mosque in the 15th century, and it was ruined again in the late 16th or early 17th century. The Imaret Mosque built beside it was torn down in 2000.

Excavations began in 1943. Reconstruction ran from December 8, 2000 to August 10, 2002, done by hand with original-type materials.
