Charging Bull is a bronze sculpture by Arturo Di Modica in the Financial District of Manhattan. Di Modica conceived it after the 1987 stock market crash, and no one commissioned it. Bedi-Makky Art Foundry in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, cast it. It was installed on Broad Street on December 14, 1989, and moved to Bowling Green on December 20, 1989.

The bull stands 11 feet (3.4 meters) tall and 16 feet (4.9 meters) long, and it weighs 7,100 pounds (3,220 kilograms). It leans back on its haunches with its head lowered, poised to charge.

Its body is twisted and its tail is curved, and the sculpture is made of bronze. It stands on Broadway, north of Bowling Green.
