The Chapel of the Milk Grotto in Bethlehem is a Catholic chapel completed in 1872. The article names no architect or style, and gives no materials or dimensions. It stands on the site of a Byzantine church from around the 5th century, of which only part of the mosaic floor remains. The space contains three caves. The Custody of the Holy Land, a Franciscan body, has maintained the site since its last erection.

Tradition holds that the Holy Family took refuge here during the Massacre of the Innocents. The name comes from a legend that a drop of the Virgin Mary's milk turned the cave floor white.

An attached monastery belongs to the Sisters of Perpetual Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, who have prayed for peace since 2016. That year a Queen of Peace tabernacle by Mariusz Drapikowski, donated by a Polish community, was installed.
