The Cathedral of Our Lady, or Vår Frue domkirke, stands on Erling Bangsunds square in Tromsø. It is the Catholic cathedral of Tromsø and the seat of the Tromsø prelature. It is described as the northernmost Catholic cathedral in the world. Construction began in 1861, and the exterior has remained virtually unchanged since. The style is Neo-Gothic, shared with the city's Lutheran cathedral.

It is a small wooden church with seating for about 150. It has three small towers on the main facade and a larger tower over the choir. The interior has been modified more than once, and in the 1970s it was painted in light colors, as Bishop Gerhard Goebel wished.

Pope John Paul II stayed at the nearby episcopal residence on his visit to Tromsø in June 1989.
