The Carew Tower is a 49-story Art Deco skyscraper at 441 Vine Street in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. Walter W. Ahlschlager was the principal architect, with Delano & Aldrich as associate architect. The industrialist John J. Emery developed it as a mixed-use complex. Construction began in 1929, the tower opened to tenants on October 1, 1930, and the complex was finished in early 1931 at a cost of $33 million.

The tower rises 574 feet (175 meters) and was the tallest building in Cincinnati until 2011. It has a top-floor observation deck, a retail arcade at the lower level and 14 elevators, and it shares a base with the Netherland Plaza hotel.

It became a National Historic Landmark in 1994. In 2022 Victrix Investments bought it and plans to convert it mainly into apartments.
