CapitaSpring stands at 88 Market Street in Singapore's Downtown Core. Bjarke Ingels Group and Carlo Ratti designed it for CapitaLand and Mitsubishi Estate. Construction began in 2018 and finished in 2021, with Dragages Singapore as main contractor. The article gives no style or materials.

The tower is 920 feet (280 m) tall with 51 floors. In 2022 it ranked joint second-tallest in Singapore. It is mostly offices, with about 10 percent coworking space, plus serviced residences run by Citadines. A food center on the second and third floors includes a hawker center modeled on the former Golden Shoe Car Park. A Japanese restaurant is on the 51st floor.

It has two gardens, one 330 feet (100 m) up and a rooftop urban farm billed as Singapore's highest. Since late 2023 visitors must book a time slot to enter the gardens. JPMorgan is the anchor tenant.
