Burj Vista is a twin-tower residential complex on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai, designed by Adrian Smith, who also designed the Burj Khalifa. Emaar Properties developed it. It was announced and put on sale in April 2013. Work began in 2013 or 2014, depending on the source, and Tower 2 finished in 2017 and Tower 1 in 2018. The article names no style or materials.

Tower 1 has 66 floors and stands 254.6 meters (835 feet) tall, with 520 apartments. Tower 2 has 20 floors and 120 apartments. A boulevard level holds high-end shops and restaurants. Residents share a gym, a swimming pool, children's play areas, a business centre and landscaped grounds.

The article records no other notable events. It gives no public access, and the towers are residential.
