Broadcasting House in London was designed by George Val Myer, with civil engineer M. T. Tudsbery, for the BBC. Raymond McGrath designed the interiors, and MacCormac Jamieson Prichard designed the later extension. Construction began on November 21, 1928. The infobox lists March 15, 1932 as inaugurated, but the text gives that date as the first broadcast and May 15, 1932 as the official opening.

The article calls the style Art Deco, with Grade II* listing. It has Portland stone facing over a steel frame and a brick central core. It is 112 feet (34 m) tall, with nine floors above ground and three below.

Renovation began in 2003, the John Peel Wing opened in 2006 and the extension opened on June 7, 2013. Radio 2 and 6 Music moved in during February 2024. It is the BBC's headquarters, housing BBC News, the World Service, radio stations and the Radio Theatre. The article gives no visiting details.
