The Bridge of Peace in Tbilisi was designed by the Italian architect Michele De Lucchi, with lighting by the French designer Philippe Martinaud. Tbilisi City Hall ordered it, and it opened on May 6, 2010. The article lists the form as a bow-shaped pedestrian bridge and names no style.

The steel and glass bridge spans the Kura River for 150 meters (490 feet) and links Rike Park with the Old Town. A curved canopy carries 1,208 custom LED fixtures, and glass handrails hold LED arrays. 240 motion sensors trigger the lights as people pass. The structure was built in Italy and carried to Tbilisi on 200 trucks.

Opposition politicians, architects and planners criticized it for dominating the old town. Locals nicknamed it the Always Ultra bridge.
