The Bolshoy Dom, or Big House, at 4 Liteyny Prospekt in Saint Petersburg was designed by Noi Trotsky, Alexander Gegello and Andrey Ol for the OGPU, the Soviet secret police. It was built from 1931 to 1932 on the site of the Imperial Russian Old Armoury Building, which burned in 1917. The infobox gives Constructivist, and the text specifies late Constructivist.

It became the local NKVD headquarters in July 1934 and later the local KGB headquarters, which it remained until 1991. It is part of a larger complex that includes a detention facility on Shpalernaya Street, and it gained notoriety as a prison during the Great Purge. The text calls claims of secret underground floors legends, not verified facts.

Today it houses the headquarters of the Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast branches of the Federal Security Service and the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The article gives no public access or hours.
