The Bode Museum on Museum Island in Berlin was designed by Ernst von Ihne for German Emperor William II. It was built from 1898 to 1904, and the infobox gives 1904 as the year established. The article calls the style Baroque Revival and gives no materials or dimensions. It was renamed in 1956 after Wilhelm von Bode.

Fires in May 1945 destroyed parts of the collection. The museum closed for repairs in 1997 and reopened on October 18, 2006 after a 156 million euro refurbishment. UNESCO inscribed Museum Island in 1999. A gold coin was stolen from the museum in 2017.

It houses the Skulpturensammlung, the Museum für Byzantinische Kunst and the Münzkabinett, which together cover sculpture, Byzantine art and coins. The article gives no hours or ticket details.
