Terminal 3 is the main international terminal at Ben Gurion Airport near Lod. Skidmore, Owings & Merrill designed the building, and Moshe Safdie & Associates and TRA designed the linking structure and the airside departure areas and gates. Ram Karmi and other Israeli architects were architects of record. The project, called Natbag 2000, was meant to finish before 2000. Higher costs and the bankruptcy of the main Turkish contractor delayed it, and it cost an estimated US$1 billion.

It opened in late October or early November 2004, and the article gives both dates. The upper departures hall covers over 10,000 square meters. The terminal was designed for 12 million passengers a year.

It has a star-shaped duty-free rotunda and the public Buy & Bye mall, and Concourse E opened in 2018.
