Beirut Terraces is a residential skyscraper at 1399 Fouad Najjar Street in Beirut's Central District, designed by Herzog & de Meuron. Benchmark developed it. Construction began in 2011, and it was completed and opened in 2017. The article gives no style name and says the design draws on Beirut's classical and contemporary history.

The tower has 26 floors and an architectural height of 119.5 meters (392 feet). Staggered terraces and overhangs give it a stacked profile. Each floor slab extends at least 60 centimeters beyond the perimeter, supported by corner columns. The overhangs shade the apartments and cut solar gain. It is built of aluminium, concrete and glass.

In 2022 the architects faced criticism over windowless maid rooms of 3.9 square meters, which critics linked to the kafala system. The architects said the client requested them against their recommendation.
