Beetham Tower at 301 Deansgate, Manchester, was designed by SimpsonHaugh and Partners for the Beetham Organisation. The infobox gives the style as high-tech. Construction began in April 2004, and it topped out on April 26, 2006. The cost was £150 million.

It has 47 storeys and reaches about 554 feet (169 m), with a 10-meter glass blade on top. A 4-meter cantilever juts out at the 23rd floor. The structure is post-tensioned concrete, with a curtain wall of about 6,000 glass panes. Floors 1 to 22 hold a hotel, the Cloud 23 bar is on the 23rd, and apartments fill floors 25 to 47.

It won the CTBUH Best Tall Building award in 2007. A wind-driven hum has recurred in storms, and glass panels have cracked or fallen. The article gives no visitor details.
