The Basilica of St. Ann stands at the Capuchin convent on Bruder-Konrad-Platz in Altötting, Bavaria. It is the main Catholic place of worship in the town and is also called the Altötting Basilica. Johann Baptist Schott was the architect. Donations from across Bavaria paid for the construction.

The works took about two and a half years and were completed on October 13, 1912. Bishop Sigismund Felix von Ow-Felldorf of Passau consecrated the church. The design is Neo-Baroque and was inspired by the convent church of Fürstenfeld.

It has been described as the largest church built in Germany in the twentieth century. In 1913 Pope Pius X raised it to the rank of minor basilica. It belongs to the Diocese of Passau.
