Azabudai Hills is a mixed-use district in Minato, Tokyo, developed by Mori Building Company. Pelli Clarke Pelli designed the skyscraper exteriors, Heatherwick Studio the low-rise exteriors, and Sou Fujimoto the interiors. Construction began in August 2019 and finished in 2023, at about 640 billion yen. The article calls the style modern neo-futurism.

The Mori JP Tower is 325.2 meters with 64 floors and became Japan's tallest building in 2023. The 8.1-hectare site has about 24,000 square meters of green space, a 6,000 square meter central square, about 150 shops and around 1,400 homes, including Aman Residences Tokyo.

The site also holds a British School in Tokyo campus. Kamiyachō Station on the Hibiya Line serves it.
