Aspira is a residential tower at 1823 Terry Avenue in Seattle's Denny Triangle, designed by LMN Architects. Urban Partners proposed the 37-story tower in July 2006 on the former Gethsemane Lutheran Church parking lot, and Turner Construction built it. Construction began in 2007 and finished in late 2009. It opened in March 2010. The article names no style.

The tower is 400 feet (122 m) tall with 37 floors and 346,000 square feet (32,100 m²). It has 325 apartments, three elevators and 355 parking spaces. Apartments have private balconies, air conditioning, large panoramic windows and concrete floors.

It was planned as luxury condominiums but converted to rentals in 2009 because of market conditions. TIAA-CREF bought the tower in November 2012 for $165.7 million, a regional record of $509,760 per unit.
