The ArcelorMittal Orbit in London was designed by Anish Kapoor and Cecil Balmond of Arup, with Kathryn Findlay of Ushida Findlay Architects as sub-consultant. ArcelorMittal, chaired by Lakshmi Mittal, sponsored it with the London Development Agency. Construction began in November 2010, and it was unveiled on May 11, 2012. The infobox estimates completion in May 2012, while the text says December 2011 was expected.

The article calls it a sculpture and observation tower with a looping lattice and spiral walkway. It uses about 2,000 tonnes of steel, about 60 percent recycled. It is 376 feet (114.5 m) tall. The infobox gives 22.7 million pounds, while the text gives 19.1 million.

It reopened on April 5, 2014 with an abseil option, and a 584-foot (178 m) tunnel slide was added in June 2016. The adult price was 30 pounds in March 2023. The article gives no hours.
