The Antonín Dvořák Museum is housed in a Baroque villa at Ke Karlovu 462/20 in the north part of Prague's New Town, in the Czech Republic. Kilian Ignaz Dientzenhofer designed the building in the early 18th century. The museum has been there since 1932, although the building itself has no particular link to Dvořák.

It is part of the Czech Museum of Music, which belongs to the National Museum. Displays include photographs, newspaper cuttings, programs and personal objects such as the composer's viola and piano. The collection holds a unique set of manuscripts and correspondence, and about 9,000 items as of 2023. The museum hosts regular concerts, seminars, lectures and exhibitions.

In May 2023 the Antonín Dvořák Archive was added to UNESCO's Memory of the World Register, with 3,500 units in the nomination. It was the second Czech composer collection on the list, after the Leoš Janáček Archive in 2018.
