The Anhembi Sambadrome, officially the Polo Cultural e Esportivo Grande Otelo, is a carnival parade ground in São Paulo, designed by Oscar Niemeyer. It opened in 1991 with a capacity of 10,000. New grandstands doubled this to 20,000 in 1992, and the full stadium was completed on February 12, 1996. The article names no client or style.

The structure is built of structural concrete with a flood-proof floor. The track is about 530 meters long and 14 meters wide. Nine stands line it, including the Arquibancada Monumental with 7,749 seats, and 103 individual rooms hold 10 to 50 people each. A water feature holds 40,000 liters, and track lighting totals 750 kilowatts.

It hosts about 30 events a year, including the São Paulo Carnival, Independence Day celebrations and music events. The venue's website listed a capacity of 103,200 in 2019.
