Altair is a pair of residential towers at 127 Sir James Pieris Mawatha in Colombo, designed by Moshe Safdie, with Design Team 3 as detailing architects. Indocean Developers leased the site from the Urban Development Authority. Work began in 2012, the towers topped out in December 2017, and work halted for five years before resuming in 2020. The first phase opened in March 2021. The article calls the style modern.

The vertical tower is 240 meters (787 feet) with 68 floors, and the leaning tower is 209 meters with 63 floors, tilted about 13.8 degrees. Steel outriggers link them at levels 39 and 41. There are 400 apartments, and street-level retail covers about 3,700 square meters.

The article calls the leaning tower the tallest inclined building in the world, and Altair the second tallest in Sri Lanka.
