888 Seventh Avenue is a modern-style office skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan, completed in 1969. Emery Roth & Sons designed it. It was originally called the Arlen Building, after Arlen Realty & Development Corporation, which built it. The roof reaches 628 feet, and the building has 46 floors and about 873,599 square feet of floor area.

The building is L-shaped in plan. Its wings extend north to 57th Street and east to Seventh Avenue, wrapping around the neighboring Rodin Studios.

Vornado Realty Trust owns it and uses it as its corporate headquarters. Moed de Armas renovated the lobby, elevators and plaza in 2006, and the building later received LEED Gold certification. It has its own ZIP code, 10106.
