750 Seventh Avenue is a 36-story office building in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. It occupies the north side of 49th Street between Broadway and Seventh Avenue, about two blocks north of Times Square. It was completed in 1989 to a Postmodern design by Kevin Roche of Roche-Dinkeloo. David and Jean Solomon of Solomon Equities built it speculatively on the former Rivoli Theatre site.

The roof is 498 feet high, and the pinnacle reaches 615 feet. The facade is black glass with 860 etched-glass rectangles designed by Thomas Emerson. Spiral-patterned setbacks rise counterclockwise on all sides, so each floor differs in size. An asymmetrical glass spire is designed to illuminate at night.

Morgan Stanley has occupied most of the building since 1994, and electronic signs were added to meet city rules for Times Square.
