60 Wall Street was designed by Kevin Roche and John Dinkeloo of Roche-Dinkeloo for J.P. Morgan & Co. and built from 1987 to 1989. The infobox lists Postmodernism, and the text adds Greek Revival influences. It has 55 stories and a roof 745 feet (227 m) high. The base columns are 70 feet (21 m) tall.

The facade is stone cladding over curved steel truss frames, with green and pink granite bands, bronze mullions and a copper hip roof. The atrium is 30 feet (9.1 m) high and 174 feet (53 m) long, finished in white marble and granite. The floor area is 1.6 million square feet in the infobox and 1.7 million in the text.

J.P. Morgan moved out in 2000, and Deutsche Bank occupied it from 2001 after 9/11 damaged its own building. Paramount Group bought it in 2007, and GIC bought 95 percent in 2017. A $250 million KPF lobby renovation was approved in 2023.
