56 Leonard Street in Tribeca is a residential condominium tower designed by Herzog & de Meuron, with Goldstein, Hill & West as architect of record. Alexico Group bought the land and air rights in 2007 for $150 million. Construction began in 2007, stopped in 2008 and resumed in October 2012. The building opened in 2017. The infobox lists High-tech as its style.

The roof is 821 feet (250 m) high. The text counts 57 stories and the infobox 60. Amenities occupy 17,000 square feet on floors 9 and 10, including a 75-foot (23 m) pool. The eight top apartments have ceilings from 14 to 19 feet. An Anish Kapoor sculpture, 19 feet tall, was unveiled in February 2023.

A penthouse contracted for $47 million in 2013. Curbed named it one of the city's ten most important buildings of the decade.
