520 Park Avenue is a residential tower on East 60th Street near Park Avenue on Manhattan's Upper East Side, designed by Robert A. M. Stern Architects. Arthur and William Lie Zeckendorf developed it through Zeckendorf Development. Construction began in 2014 and finished in 2018. The article calls the style New Classical, which is not an atlas style, and clads the tower in limestone.

It stands 781 feet (238 m) tall. The infobox gives 54 floors, while the text says 64 stories. It holds 35 apartments, including a $130 million triplex penthouse.

Amenities include an outdoor garden, a private movie theater, a children's playroom, a swimming pool, wine cellars and a two-level fitness center, with over 15,000 square feet of residential amenities. A $450 million construction loan funded the project, and over $40 million went to air rights.
